***Wanted*** SEO help/making a blog top of google

Hi, I have a blog and facebook group and I need it to be at the top of google when it is searched, I have no idea how to do it. I know that it is a well searched subject but there are only about 10 sites that come up with the search so its not a hard one like 'microsoft' or 'coca cola' or something stupid like that.
 
Anyone who can help and do it, and are not too expensive, please let me know.
