I have 250 €, 5 £ and 40 CHF. Only really trustworthy members or otherwise with escrow but that might cost too much because of the double transfer
With post or in person in the Netherlands

what is the normal way? I mainly need to get rid of £ and CHF but I never come in Switzerland or the UK soon

You wouldn't need to 'double transfer'. Just prove you have the cash then get the buyer to send coins to escrow first then you send money to the buyer. You also might be best looking on localbitcoins for this stuff.
