You can google it if you really want. If you cant sign a message therefore it means that the account is possibly hacked

^ No, he means the darvil account had the old scammer tag. Not the senior account he is selling. Check his trust rating. Darvil was registered in 2011. Accounts don't gain activity if not used. So you can't assume the account's age by its rank.
