Can anyone recommend a VPN that works in China.  I have been having issues with privateinternetaccess.

Introducing constraints to the economy only serves to limit what can be economical.

You could buy a VPS from BitVPS.COM and create your own VPN. It will be less likely to be flagged than a public VPN provider.

We have several Chinese customers right now who use our services to proxy in China.

There's also Tor, if you don't mind transfer rates of <50kbps.
