I have around $75. I want Bitcoins @ Preev rate. I will cover the fees.

I am think about getting BTC equivalent to USD minus fees. Any offers are welcome but please don't go for very low amount. I can also trade small amounts. Thank you!

As of now, such transactions are considered to be "unauthorized".

It's not really "as of now," this policy has been in place for quite some time. We have a list of approved "Authorized Exchangers" it is not permitted to provide exchanger services without being approved by Payza. This helps to protect our members and ensure that they get the best service.

Thank you for telling! So that means we can't trade here? I understand about the your ensuring but if we both agrees, is it still a problem?

Yes, even if you both agree to the exchange it would still violate Payza's User Agreement.

I see you all losing alot of buisness on here. Just take a minute to look through the section and some of the posts. Alot of people use Payza for this. You just shut them down. I would love to know the actual percentage of decrease in revenue that you will lose to this. I have never used Payza before, and am definately NOT going to now that you all have deemed this unacceptable. I would wish you the best of luck, but bleh, I don't.

They just lost a good percent of their revenue I'm sure. I do think that they will take that into consideration in the future once they see how much they are losing by not letting bitcoiners trade currencies with their service. Is their % of disputes that comes out of their pockets worth the amount of money they would make if they did honor bitcoin exchanges?

This is not a matter of Payza's interests, there are strict regulations that we must follow and part of that means that we cannot allow unauthorized currency exchanges. This was the case long before Payza created the Bitcoin Withdrawal and Deposit features, it has always been a part of the Payza User Agreement.
