I owed him $60 already. So, I sent him $150 PayPal. After sending the $150, he was to send me $90 BTC. Instead, he started coming up with excuses.

He is not from australia, he has a legitimate brother, they are from the United States, and has no accent.
He plays on the US East servers, and has under 100ms ping meaning impossible for him to be from australia.

Ahh ok.
I believe they did work together for a web design project, but other than that they are pretty separate.
I still have michaeladair on skype, we play video games on steam sometimes, I use skype with him and hes not australian, and had a person in his room who wasn't australian either. He is from the US, the servers we played on where US east and he had good connection to it.
