Ok, now I have probably the dumbest question ever asked... but I am wondering where I can locate my wallet.dat file for backup purposes, and how would i go about opening it in a new client on another machine, after a reformat etc? I don't see any "import" tool.

I am sure the answer is obvious, but I didn't see a wallet.dat file in the directory of my bitcoin wallet software so figured I'd ask.

Couldn't have said it better myself; this is the whole 'teach a man to fish' thing, rather than 'throw a man a fish'.

Hey, so your the owner of Texas Laser systems eh?   I ordered a laser from you this past Monday, which would have been November 5th, 2012..  I've tried calling the phone number on your website.. nobody ever answers it.  I've even tried emailing the "support" email... never get any replies back.

Whats up with that?

Well, I guess what I thought is true.  That's a shame because that site looks really good IMO.  I mean my god you know?? I just want texaslasersystems.com  to just shoot me an email and let me know that my order is on its way.. is that too much to ask??  Apparently so.

I mean, I literally don't really care if T.L.S. doesn't carry anything in stock and uses the 'drop-shipping' method.  I just want what I ordered and someone from T.L.S. to let me know my purchase is on its way.. or, I want my money back. It's simple as that.

Give a man a match and he'll be warm for 15 seconds. Set him on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Give a man a glass of water and you quench his thirst for a little while. Hold his head under water and he won't be thirsty as long as he lives.
