What do you actually mean by loading a credit card? You will somehow load any credit card in exchange for bitcoin??? How will that work? There are sooooo many credit card companies/publishers out there...
Shouldnt this be in the currency exchange section?

I send someone BTC along with an IBAN and SWIFT code.

They deduct their fees and pay it forward.

I would prefer to do via escrow

(I've seen people offer these services before on different products i.e. asking for Paypal credit in exchange for BTC)

You can load ANY debit card you currently have in your pocket that has a Visa or MasterCard logo using Bitcoin.
All you need is this service https://www.loaddebitcard.com
$10 load fee +1%.

I have a problem entering all my card info on that website. My card could be used at anytime after that.

And how did you come to that conclusion? No one can use your card without the 3 digit CVV code on the back (we do not ask for that). We have to have your card number to load it. It's like saying you want to receive money to your bank account but refuse to give any bank details? Are you trolling?

No, IBAN and SWIFT codes are only for deposits. That's why they are safe. And you don't need CVV half of the time. Have you ever bought anything online?

CVV is EVERY TIME. And most other times for US customers need the card holders zip code to complete a transaction.
I happen to be an expert in the industry thank you. IBAN and swift codes are for European cards, especially the Polish ones making their rounds now.

Sorry to hijack. Just be warned. Many places accept cards without CVV codes. Including amazon.

You argument is invalid. It has nothing to do with card loading. You argument is toward merchant processing regulations.
