scala.runtime.NonLocalReturnControl$mcV$sp. that is the error the client is throwing when i clck engine start. just so you know i have litterally no experience in this stuff and i need someone to dummify EVERYTHING for me. ive watched tutorials but nothing comes up abou this. i followed the tutorials step for step. someone please help Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry Angry

the bitminter client v1.6.1. the mining software. when i try to start the mining process that error code pops up. im sorry if im not being clear idk how else to describe it.

Unless you're mining with an ASIC I wouldn't even bother trying to fix this error, as a note, because a CPU or GPU won't do anything useful. I'm saying this because in my experience someone using BitMinter means they're doing something silly which turned unprofitable 4 years ago. (An ASIC is specialized mining hardware)

can you please tell what is the minimum cost an asic hardware for mining?
