Newbie with question

Hello, I am newbie to this forum.

I want to ask a question, maybe quite basic and easy to you.
If you observe 0kCoin now, there is fluctuation of price since yesterday evening from 1370~90 (CNY) with period of 2 hrs.
Even there are some momentum with this all fluctuations, though OkCoin is notorious for system or bot trading.

I expect that this may help some big system traders to earn profit during stagnated market,
but I do not know exactly why.... Until now (and since I started trading 2 weeks ago), I could not find this phenomenon.

Would you like to answer my question?
