If you are selling the collateral then why should anyone believe that this loan is not disguised as a loan but is really a sale?

It is generally frowned upon to use something you are trying to sell as collateral.

I wouldn't be selling it for that price! .4 btc doesn't come close the default value of the items is at least 200 USD, but worth more like $1000 if sold to other players. A lot of the items are rare.

I honestly cannot tell you the market price is for those items. I do however think that trying to use them as collateral will make it more difficult to sell those items because people may think that you are trying to sell them via this loan for .4 BTC.

Sure, I get that. I'm not actively trying to sell the items anymore, might remove that post actually, just so there's no confusion.
Plus the account & its skills are also valuable. I was about to post in your thread just before I noticed your post here.

I would not accept that as collateral.

OP - the items you have listed as collateral may have value to you, but another person would have a difficult time selling it to recover losses.

Seeing as you yourself haven't played the game in a decade, chances are you are simply looking to offload it for whatever you can get.  Kind of scammy though to hide it as a "loan" when you probably have no intention of paying it back.   Undecided

That isn't my intention here. I would be asking for a lot more if that were the case.
Also that game works on a virtual currency valued at 10 game dollars for 1 USD. Plus you can withdraw any game dollars to your bank account easily. So even selling the items to the in game terminal would net more money than I'm asking for. So that argument is null.

I will also include my web host account which hosts my folio site, (http://31nod.es) plus some clients, that should prove without a doubt that I intend to honour the loan.
