Hi Cheesy

I recently sold a Windows 8.1 Pro key to a scammer on eBay.
He will attempt to chargeback the $50 purchase price and I'm $10 short of the amount required to pay him.

The case involves "Digital Goods", so it's predictable as to who the victor will be.

If the chargeback is lost, I will need to lend $10.
Lending on PayPal is low risk, as you could always just chargeback me.

I will pay 120% on an instant loan.

The reason I'm lending the money, is that PayPal does not allow you to use a credit card to refund buyers.
I am able to send you the $12 as soon as I have refunded them.

If you can fulfill my needs, please post below. Only trusted members allowed!

Collateral = $5 BTC & 3 Malwarebytes Premium Lifetime keys.

Thanks

EDIT: Don't want this loan, it's caused too much hassle.

What do you mean $10 to pay them off, are they trying to extort you?

The buyer has received the key and is trying to scam me for a refund. If they win, I don't have an extra $10 to pay back the full amount.
I would pay the extra $10 with my credit card, although only bank deposit is accepted for refunds.

I can provide proof of ownership via eBay and the email address on PayPal.

$5 in BTC as soon as the loan is fulfilled.

My friend, you need to understand what is acceptable collateral, and collateral is not a "promise".

PayPal covers the loss with their money. I wouldn't hack someones paypal account for $10 ;p.

*cough* really?

I would send the BTC to you first, since you're trusted. He only has 89 activity, an escrow could be a valid option.

As stated earlier, I can provide proof of ownership. I am able to pay the lender as soon as I have given a refund.
I'm willing to increase the loan and pay it in BTC.

Collateral = $5 BTC and 3 Malwarebytes lifetime keys.

Sell the $5 in btc.  Now you only need a $5 loan.

You'll still need to provide collateral - something the lender can easily sell for $5 if you don't repay.

Not sure if "stolen" / "hacked" Malwarebytes lifetime keys can be resold easily.

$5 and my Bitcointalk account.

Loan will be repaid in BTC as soon as it is paid to me via PayPal.
Of course, my account will be given to an escrow.

Your account has negative trust from b!z so it is not going to be of very much value. As explained above lending with PayPal is not any more safe then lending with bitcoin. The only way that you can win a chargeback with paypal is if you are buying a physical item or your account is hacked, therefore someone would need to be dishonest with paypal in order to win a chargeback against your account.

You also posted this loan request in the wrong forum. You posted in bitcointalk.org, it belongs in paypaltalk.org

Thank you Cheesy

I will PM you when I have been scammed / had a dispute lodged against me.
I am able to offer my account, through an escrow and $5 of the loan paid back before you lend.

After I have received the funds, and refund my buyer, I am able to pay back instantly via PayPal or Bitcoin.

Nope, I'm offering to pay back the loan with Bitcoin and my Bitcointalk account.
b!z left a useless negative feedback, I have scammed nobody and the feedback was removed accordingly.

I was simply trying to run a game, although I realized I would be in charge of everybody's funds, so I shut it down after the first payment.
He was refunded the full amount Tongue

I have scammed nobody

Bullshit.  You've stolen Microsoft keys from their legit owners.  When the owner tries to activate their MS product and gets the message the key has already been used, make sure you are there to tell him how you haven't scammed him.   Roll Eyes

Why are you so against me, with no proof possible. If you check my previous posts, I've actually purchased keys from a number of different sellers on here.
I will PM you proof of the keys working. At least mention it in the thread.
