I would like to know how a bitcoin address remains secure after sending a transaction, is there a limit to the amount of transactions sent from a singular address before that the private key becomes compromised?

I have been doing a lot of reading into bitcoin and can't find much info about transactions specifics, any info or links are appreciated! Thanks!!

Sorry for the double post... my connection timed out as I was posting and I thought it didn't get through.
