LeoCoin Wallet Error "Error loading blkindex.dat" On iMac Litecoin

Hey,

I had a power cut, when i turned my iMac back on and tried to open my leocoin wallet (similar to the litecoin wallet) , This error message appeared "Error loading blkindex.dat" Then the wallet closes before fully opening, Ive seen videos but they are all for windows, I have a 2014 iMac. Can anyone please help, i have quite alot of coins in this wallet and cannot afford to loose it

whether it is mac or windows the method is simple.Please copy a backup file of the .dat wallet from the specific directory and reisntall the wallet application.When u do that don't forget to copy and replace the new .dat file with the old one.

save a copy of your wallet.dat (located in ~/Library/Application Support/(leocoin folder) ) delete everything but wallet.dat in your leocoin folder and start your wallet again and let it sync.
