EDIT: after making so much noise here and elsewhere for one week long, I finally got my contract activated

-----------------------------------------------------
nexusmining.com is SCAM !!
NEVER EVER SEND MONEY TO NEXUSMINING
Paid for hash power 4 days ago in BTC, never got the hashpower, site says the contract is "expired" and they don't answer email.
Wrote them uncountable times, only one answer telling bullshit and received from a gmail account (!)
"live chat" is always offline
Isn't there any way to have authorities bring down the sites of these scammers?

I'm new to all this.
How do I "show the lost" ?
What to say about the live chat... I had purchased hash power on another site and didn't need to chat

I think he meant proofs. anything that can back up your claim, like transaction ID or screenshots.

This isnt a valid scam accusation as you have no valid proof. Try posting screenshots to prove that whatever you are saying is right.

Please make reports in format as described here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=260073.0
That way you can make this claim valid, after including some proofs, and it will be much easier for people to understand what actualy happened.

cheers

What happened::
I sent BTC to nexusmining.com, they kept the money but they didn't give the hash.

Scammers Profile Link:
https://www.nexusmining.com/

Amount Scammed: 0.554 BTC
Payment Method: Bitcoins

Additional Notes:
I've uselessly written them 9 times since them.
Only got a useless answer from a gmail account asking for my email address (!!)
like they didn't know (had written them from their contact form after logging on their site).

Following other users requests, here are a couple screenshots.
In the first one you can see I have 0.00 TH.
In the second one (scrolling down the page) you see that my contract made the 19 April is "expired" (it was never activated). In same screenshot you can also see it was taken today (22 April) and, bottom right, the forever offline chat button.

P.S. How do you attach images in this forum?

Regarding the "Proof of Payment": is it normal and advisable practice to publish the transactions IDs?
Do other people on this forum actually do that?

Upload the pic somewhere and use the insert image feature again.
and yes, using your tx id as proof is always advisable, even in the real world.

btw you can edit your posts, too.
