there isn't much to go on there though, either positive or not.  the operator's other service dropped offline with no notice on that service's main thread.  but nobody is claiming any losses on either service so who knows.

I just used the service and the site said the funds would be released within 24hours and it never happened. Does anyone know the owner or who I can speak to in order to resolve this?

Make sure the buyer marked that it arrived shipped AND that it was inspected. It's a two step process.

Hey guys,

Thanks for the responses. The btc was deposited successfully. This was my first time using them and was not sure what to expect. The btc took longer to receive than what I was originally told via the auto e-mail from btcrow.com which made me a bit worried but in the end everything is good.
