Alright, let's get this done then

It is not going to be possible to enforce the clause in the deal that the seller is going to refund the buyer in the event of the card does not work. Additionally accepting paypal is a horribly stupid thing to accept.

I would put the chances of both parties attempting to scam eachother at well over 80%

I used the gift card today and it was legit, it worked.
I have sent the remaining 8$ to the seller as per our agreement.
