Hi All

I am use Win7
I update electrum to 2.3.2
When I try send coins,

appears window "Signing..."

and then
I got error:

insufficient priority

Sorry, I do not use electrum, but could it mean the miner fee is set too low? Check your settings. Googling your error with electrum has some info about this as well.

Edit - do your setting match the default?

earlier, I set fee 0.0001  and all works great

Now with  fee 0.0001  -  error [insufficient priority]

with default fees - electrum wrote you fees looks very high(for little transactions)

What and when changed in electrum rules?
