Hello qhoster.com are the biggest cheats

I registered14 domain names with them.

They accepted the order and debited amount from my neteller account and got a message your domain names will be registered in few minutes.

But even after 1 day, domain names were not registered and the ticket i raised was closed without any notification.

No reply in phone, chat, in online support

Finally after my repeated mails, got a reply saying "your domains were cancelled, we cant register non latin domain names"

Well if thats the case, why did they accepted the order and took my money

They even refuse to send the money back to my neteller.

Instead they ask me to resgiter english domain names for that money

Who the hell are they to order me what to do

They have my money. They have no rights to do it.

My client needed non latin domain names, so for him i did.But they cheated and refusing to send my money

My client got upset and registered domain names in other registrar

Bcoz of qhoster i lost my client and they refuse to send my money back as well

They simply saying we cant send money back, if u want, use any other services with that money

Its annoying, its irritating.

I ordered for domain names and they didnt regsiter it . But still refuse to send the money which they took from me

It had been a week. they simply cheating.

someone ps help me to solve it

Yeah,

From personal experience and from the experience of others I know, they will find ANY reason to suspend your account and close support tickets.

Almost as if to free up resources to sell more.

Example, why would you suspend a server, close any related tickets to it abruptly and without resolution, not close the customer's entire account, expecting them to pay another monthly fee for a new server?

Stay away from these guys...
