What IOS did you have ? and also I don't think its legal , Apple spending a lot of money paying developers
to kill those exploit that can remove Icloud service , if you really need to remove this Icloud and you didn't
stole this Iphone just contact Apple support  .

I cant believe you just made an accusation of a phone is either stolen or lost because they dont know the password. There are many many case where people actually do not know the passwords, bought from a person who unaware their phone is lock to iCloud. Im sure people who are not from the thirdworld or developing country do know and aware of it, or simply return the products back to apple (with proof of the original buyer) but some case it is not possible.

iCloud is doing it rightful job, sadly innocent people who bought iPhone cuz they love the products such my father (who doesnt know English only use for phone call and games where i installed for him as well) just to let you know here where i lived, there is a service to create apple ID for 1$ so that he can download free game from appstore. (Simply cuz the majority doesnt know how to create apple ID)

I do unstand if you dont have a license to drive car, you shouldnt be driving it the same as iPhone if you dont know its function dont use. But damn 5 out of 10 people here all has iPhone, and most of them dont even know English.
