I can't tell if they was constructive or not because it is not a language I know but I can tell you that you have an average of about 2minutes between posts, which is not enough time to think critically about what you are saying to be constructive to a topic.

I have to imagine this was not your first ban either and at a guess would say this is in fact your 2-3-4th ban. How many bans did you have before this? You have been for 60days or permanently, what did it say on the ban message, has it gave you an amount of time?

this is my first ban.

but...

when am i banned first, its 7 days. "sig ban" un relevent message.
then i want to know "why" and register a new account and ask it here. then i banned 14days...
after 14 days i didnt do anything and wait. when i reach unban day, my ban extended. "sig ban+evadind x2"
and 28days past but i didnt unbanned.

1 ban = 3 bans

When you got a ban for 7days all you had to do was listen to the message and wait just 7days. You was fine making an account to post here in 'meta' but you never just posted here did you?

My guess you started posting out of this section you would not have been banned extra time for only posting here. By the sound of it you keep evading bans which is not good news and am sure admin would not be happy about that.

So you say your last ban was 28days but we are past 28days from 14th march, I have a feeling you evaded again and are now permanently banned  

It will tell you in red writing how long you have been banned if it does not, you have evaded to many bans and are banned 'permanently'

EDIT: Now pming you to help you understand more what your next steps can be. Only BadBear can show leniency to your situation though so keep this thread open and hope he drops by with more information.
