Well a lot of people like to ruin my rep without even dealing with me. I tell them to not worry , i buy always through local bitcoins, via Andrew Luzincourt with the name alzt at local bitcoins. Not a single problem so far. Just wanted to post this here as maybe here i get a better rate then 3.68USD per 0.01 BTC

AFAIK the issue is not that people will not pay via PayPal. The issue is that someone can just chargeback and get their money back + the bitcoins (since BTC are irreversible).
If the issue was just a matter of "will X person pay back if I go first?" then that could easiliy be solved.

Well, i have not done any reversal on localbitcoins so far, because if i do, if someone complains about me, then i can say goodbye to my ebay account, which i use for making a living so i just ask if someone wants to sell at a lower rate than the localbitcoins guys, they are expensive but if there's no  other possibility i will take them, just asked if there are some better rate in here, and I will say it for 100th time, NO REVERSAL ever done by me and never I will.
