Hello all, as i'm sure most of you are familiar with SHAPESHIFT.IO they are usually very good and quick but today they haven't.
I bought doges from Weselldoges.com and sent to my shift address. after an hour of coming back i realized i have not received my CLAMs I shifted to.
After emailing them twice and their support never being online i'm fed up with it and looking for info to why they haven't sent my CLAMs.


All advice and help is really appreciated!

Strange!
Do give your tx id of the doges you sent to your spaceshift account to Spaceshift support!
When did you send the coins?
Maybe wait 24 hours for the support to respond! They're humans too! They need to sleep,eat,drink,goto toilet etc.

From next time please post after its been 24-48 hours and Don't Tell that they "TOOK MY DOGES" until you verify that they really "TOOK" it!

I haven't used ShapeShift but doesn't it have a timer for sending payment? If yes, did Weselldoges sent coins before the time ends? Why did you send it directly to instant exchange? You should have use an address to receive Doge from Weselldoges and then buy the coin you like from ShapeShift. Both exchanges you used are instant. Doing what you did now isn't good.

Btw, did you send a ticket to support?

Yes I've done all the above. I always send from weselldoges and have never had a problem but today they took a bit longer. I don't think its time based because you can use the same address over and over. Not my fault for bad service on both ends.
