Retrieve payload on coinapult???

I'm quite new to this, I was actually in the process of sending money to my wallet via emal on coinapult, and I ended up unintentionally hitting back therefor lost my bitcoins. On the FAQ page it says if the bitcoins go unclaimed for 30 days they will be refunded, but I actually don't have 30 days. So I attempted to recover them but have no idea what they are referring to when they ask for the "Top secret key" could anyone help me with this?
