I suggest BitHost.io which resells Digital ocean servers, I was lucky enough to find them. 
Moreover, their rates are considerably good and have decent support.
$5 512mb server on Digital Ocean costs $6.5 on BitHost
$10 1GB server on Digital ocean costs $13 on BitHost

there are soo many vps providers now a days which accepts btc .. i would suggest try them or some reputed member here on forum only instead risking your money with anyone ... not that saying everyone is a scammer here but just in case
