i am doing engineering from govermment college..

i am presently in 3rd year95th sem0

i am constantly looking to a    GIRL      who is 1 year senior than me..??


should i tell her about my feelings.. she talks to me as a friend..i fear if she might break friendship with me..i am not sure..
