As many of you know, there is a new hardware based wallet device called the Staker.
This device is simply a dev-board (like rasb pi) with a specialized web UI for end customers to use instead of having to deal with terminal and command prompt to manage their wallet.

So if someone buys 100 tickets, they will have their email in the list 100 times
then an email is selected from the list at random
using java's Math.random() function
