Error / Bug in Trust System: User's trust appears as "???"

Found a situation where a user's trust shows up as a question mark. My trust and who I trust has never been changed so I am using the default trust list.

Any one help clarify why this is happening or fix the bug?

It means that some people in your trust network say that the person is trustworthy, some say that he's a scammer, and the trust score algorithm is unwilling to guess at which one is true. You'll have to read the ratings and decide for yourself.
