I need a web Designer, (Developers, dont digg into this), who can conceptualize and create professional PSD template of a website.

We are a Cloud hosting company and want to have a new website. But we just need a PSD design as we have devs on board.

Price : totally depends upon your experience and your portfolio.

But Please, as i am talking of professional PSD, site designs like godaddy, azure, rackspace you need to think of.

I wont be watching out this thread, so PM me your portfolio.
