I use Cryptsy and Bittrex regularly, no problem at all. Recommended.

poloniex and bittrex are dominated, but maybe i used local exchange if there had

I have used cryptsy so far and have no problems. I was a little cautious at first but seems fine to me i withdrew and deposited several times
