MOO was a great game.
They should be doing more reboots like this, however they might screw it up. That's my concern. Hopefully they focus on modernizing graphics and working on the AI.
I'd love to see many games simply revamped with better graphics, but developers all too often mess with perfection in an attempt to make it "new".
I have to admit, the first few seconds of the trailer got me worried, graphics wise.
Now, it seems the team that's going to do the remake includes some of the people involved in the original Master of Orion series, so that should be good news - as in, it will hopefully not turn into another Master of Orion III (for those who didn't play it, it was probably the worst of the series). Still, I'd prefer it if they went on to include more options in the game, more in the style of the Space Empires series, as opposed to just revamping the graphics and AI of the original.
