unable to make self-moderated threads or create polls

Hi. I was trying to make a poll today, but could not find how to make a poll in the edit window.
I used to be able to make polls at bitcointalk but not now.


I was going to make a thread self-moderated, but I do not see that choice now in the 'additional options'

You can't create a poll from edit window. You need to create at the time of creating topic.

I was going to make a thread self-moderated, but I do not see that choice now in the 'additional options'

You can't create self-moderated thread in certain boards such as Meta, Auction and maybe Important Announcements.
