I am willing to buy a credit card. (possibly with bank account or something). I am not sure but i saw people selling Cards with IBAN.

I just wanted to use that card for "Uber Cabs" uber.com

There are lots of seller out there....if you want, i can provide you with a list of threads, where these cards are sold.

maybe you got already lucky? bought and used one of those cards?? if so, let me know how it went please
