You are kidding. Right? A lot of people can't get a no collateral loan. Most loans that are given around here use a BCT account as collateral.

Why would someone be taking a bitcoins loan if he has altcoins which he can easily sell for bitcoins?

Some people dont really want to sell altcoins specially if they can see a potential rise on its price

They may be saving their altcoins for a price rise and wont be willing to sell them at a lower price than expected when they mined or bought them

They can buy them again once they have enough BTC to repay loan. Price of Stable altcoins doesn't vary much in a matter of a few days.
