I always see here people who sell AWS accounts with Limit 10, Limit 20 and other saying Limit 0.

Can you please explain me the difference between these Limit 0, 10 and 20?

Does limit 10 means on these accounts, you can run 10 Tier Free machines to run at the same time and for 12 months?

Or does it simply means, you have 10 regions available where you can choose from to run a Tier Free machine for 12 months?

Much appreciated your clarification on this matter!
