Looking for help or contacts who know people at GreenAddress

Last December I put Bitcoins on a GreenAddress wallet. A few days before that transaction I deleted my GreenAddress account. Not realizing that the account is necessary to access the wallet.

So, a pretty stupid action from my side.

Without going into to many details this is what happened after my mistake:

Seeking help via GreenAddress support email address info@greenaddress.it” resulted in a detailed answer about recovery of the bitcoins and forthcoming costs. I agreed to the costs and send all the information needed for GreenAddress to take action.

From that moment on there was a complete silence from GreenAddress.


Does anyone have ideas or direct connections to GreenAddress?

Are you sure you contacted the authentic greenaddress staff? I'm pretty sure that they don't charge to provide instructions on how you could potentially recover your account. Or perhaps I'm interpreting your words incorrectly.

To the best of my knowledge this depends on how much you are asked to pay perhaps some processing fees however you should try to contact them through other means like twitter, facebook and reddit, you can see this links on their site.

We don't charge for instructions, you're right;
