I am about to make a logo for my company I plan to launch in a few weeks, and was wondering what industry bitcoin cloud mining, trading, selling and creating a new alt coin would be under?

What do you mean when you ask "what industry"?  You say you're designing a logo for your company but you don't know what your company does?  Or, you just don't know how to describe it properly?  I'm not sure your question belongs in "technical discussion", but perhaps if you elaborate a bit, you could get an answer or two.

If I had to answer your question as it stands, I guess I'd say something like "crypto-currency services".  But it seems weird that you need to ask for that, so perhaps I don't understand your question.

Financial industry, perhaps? I am unsure of what you are asking. I guess it could be under either finance or technology.

I don't know what logo has to do with the type of industry. Tech industry or finance would be fine. You could be more specific such as cloud computing or cloud mining. Trading and selling requires special licenses from the government, it can take a while to get the permit.  If you want to do all of these, you are in the financial industries sector. If you do only cloud mining and alt, you are in tech.

  • Criminal Enterprise
  • Theft
  • Scamming for Profit
  • Ponzi Schemes

It's also what I thought (specifically: "Hm. well what category are ponzi schemes in?", amusingly enough.  But I thought it a bit too mean to say it! Just because many of them are, and the whole space is harmful to Bitcoin's security model when not a scam ... isn't a reason to assume any particular instance is up to no good.
