Ok everyone, Issue was resolved I will close this, he did pay me the 90 USD in exchange price and will give me the 10 when he picks up the rest of it. I will close this thread now.
I forgive him, even if he called me retarded. My wife sometimes calls me retarded, for jokes of course. The important thing is that it got resolved. You all helped the OP realize the importance of doing the right thing and he had listened to you all. You all were the fist that made this possible to get the funds returned back to me. I also thank the op for listening to the members and deciding to do the right thing.
