There are some open source auction software e-Bay like,
who use wallets for the common crypto algo like scrypt,
 X11 or X13 or something like this?

i'm only aware of bazar as a ebay-esque, and probably there will be auction too, bot as a far as i know open bazar will work with bitcoin only, there are however some work in progress fork, for other coin like monero

but if i'm not wrong, openBazaar still in beta version...
i can read they still in 0.4.0 version called "Portobello"...
and openBazaar it is a decentralized auction app.
i need something like ebay, but when we can pay just using crypto currencies...

mmh, there is only https://cryptothrift.com/, but it work with litecoin only in addition to bitcoin, i think there is nothing that operate with other algorithm

also i don't it is open source and it's not a software...
