Hello ,

I made a exchange from BTC to MoneyGram , The service is a automatic exchange service wich mean once I paid BTC it got converted automaticly to USD

Once I have done the exchange it told me to pay 1.800000 BTC , When I paid my wallet taked a small fee so in total I paid 1.799998
The order didn't got marked as PAID , because I need to pay 1.8 but I paid 1.799998 .

Now since 3 days the exchanger keep telling me that he never received any Bitcoins ? and the problem is from Blockchain itself !

Here is the Blockchain Links with the transaction :

https://blockchain.info/address/14keiP8W7zKfN798nYUun58vnHuwfNUjjs?filter=2

Is this possible that the exchanger haven't received any bitcoins ??
14keiP8W7zKfN798nYUun58vnHuwfNUjjs is the same adress listed in hes website that i need to send to it 1.8 BTC

After this problem I send 0.0004 BTC to complete 1.8 BTC  but still no look

The exchanger still telling me that he never received any coins and that the problem is from Blockchain itself!
something he tell me that the plattform is down , sometimes he need to wait from API update from Blockchain

What do you guys think is it possible that he never received bitcoins or he is just wasting my time ?

Do you mind telling which site did you use? I think there is a slight possibility that you might have been scammed because I am not aware of any websites that exchanges BTC to MoneyGram automatically.

But if there is one and it does what you say (Very unlikely) then you need to tell the exchanger/support that the BTC is already there in that address and they need to process the payment manually because when you sent the first payment it was a little short due to TX Fee, but then you went and sent more and the current balance of that address is 1.80040457 BTC which is over 1.8 BTC.

Also, a word of advice don't send any more BTC to it until this is resolved and you receive the money through MoneyGram.

Hello ,

Thank you for your reply , I found now the problem .

Its from Blockchain.info itself , they have a issue with ther Receive payments API

https://twitter.com/blockchain/status/608278475259002880

I contacted them via Mail here is the reply :

===============================================================
 Hello,

Sorry for any delays you may be experiencing with the receive payments API. The funds will eventually forward, but I cannot provide an exact ETA as to when this will happen. Thank you for your patience while this issue is resolved.

The exchanger has already told me that he haven't received the funds , I didn't believe him
But now I see its true all API Payments are actually Pending

I just hope this issue will be resolved soon Sad

PS : I mean automatic BTC to Dollar exchange not to MoneyGram Smiley

Wish mean once the funds have 3 Confirmations the BTC will be automatic converted to USD at the market price , After that the exchanger send the payment Smiley

Check post above yours. Transaction is not slow. It already got many confirmations. The problem happened due to Blockchain.info's receive payments API.

I see, good you found the solution. Now you don't have to be worried atleast that the funds are lost. And the transaction already has more than 3 confirmations but the script that exchanger uses relies on Blockchain info's API and it's not updating correctly, so even though the funds are there in the destination address the API is showing it as no funds received and therefore they weren't auto converted.

You can show the deposit address to the exchanger as proofs that the funds are actually there but still I think you'd have to wait till Blockchain fixes this issue. Here's a thread where some more people are having same kind of problem. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1086475.0

Mind telling which site/service do you use that auto converts BTC to Dollars??
