Selling Limited paypal past 45 day mark contains 110 usd

I have a paypal account with 110 usd on it but it is limited but you can still withdraw to bank account
i will sell the account for 55 usd paypal or 0.2 btc

the reason i am doing this is because i sold a pair of nike's for 110 as my first payment on a new paypal and it was limited now its available to withdraw after 45 days but ive already linked my bank account to my other paypal which is the one id be receiving the 55 dollar payment to, people do this all the time ive bought a limited paypal with 200 on it for 110 before.

Why not just send the $110 to your other account.  Sorry if I dont quite understand.

the only way to withdraw from limited accounts is through a bank account and my bank account is already linked to my verified paypal so im basically stuck with 110 dollars i cant do anything with but anyone with a bank account can.

You are trying to sale a limited account and not providing any details, is it closed will it be usable after the limit which I see its 45 days left.

That is false. I have $140 on an account and I can't access it until 180 days. It's policy, all funds are stuck for 180 days once the account is limited. Nice try though guy.

well at start seemed a good deal but i have mine and unlimited soo i dont use that need for me and do inspect if its not blocked by some reason that devaluates even more. just the dollars in there can be good.
