What a way to put it? 

The ISIS terrorists were able to capture the refugees, as the Turkish troops delayed opening the border gates. It seems like the Turks are in collusion with the ISIS. And in Tal Abyad, there were thousands of Turkish troops, when compared to 20 or 30 ISIS militants. The brave Turks could not battle these small number of militants to save 500 people from almost certain death.
