Buyer needs to go first/escrow will be used.

I know my rate is high but I need to pay my PP fee after exchanging it to PM and hence I want $1 extra. I can't trade for below the market rate.

that you need PP? I can do it without 4.5% are you erikalui from ems? So you know me  , I make lot payment for you, if I remember,PP me not alowed sent you as for friend only as goods, and To avoid fee I  always paid via PM, but it was important for small amounts.

Yes, I'm erikalui from EMS. What's your ID on EMS? I've contacted my buyer to pay me via PP and since he sends via mass payment option, I won't get charged any PP fee. I am just waiting for his reply and if he doesn't reply, I'll contact you.

Yeah I remember you but I guess you couldn't send me PP payment (as your paypal refused to send personal payments to Indian PP account) and hence you used to pay me via Perfect Money for the lose I used to send you. Anyways, great to meet you here
