The USA advertisers pay the higger CPC in Google Adsense.

So... Waht are you doing to get more traffic from USA?

I tried a-ads.com combinated with a GeoTargetting strategy. But a-ads.com is expensive. 150k satoshi to get a few clicks...

if you use Bitmedia they let  you target countries that you want your ads to show on.

I think if you have knowledge about seo you can and ranking your site you can get few visitors from usa and you can get also visitor from other country... Dont you try post your site in instagram because instagram is us base so you can get usa visitor but you need to put a newyork hashtag to get the us visitors.. sample

I got this idea from marketers and cpa networks.. try it in websta.me hashtag search enginge try put the #newyork or #Bitcoin
You can also put multi hashtag in one instagram post.. to get all viewers... You got the idea?
Try websta.me and search a good hashtag that has more commenters and visitors...
Then use it to post few pics that attracted to a visitor. then put your links to your pic..

No offence, but this really isn't the place to discuss this sort of thing. You'd be better off in Warrior Forum or somewhere. I'm not really comfortable with these sort of threads TBH. This section isn't 'Faucet admin discussion', it's Micro Earnings. Promote your faucet, discuss faucets - but the behind-the-scenes stuff isn't really suited.

Use PMs and discuss things with admins if you will, but I think these sort of threads just end up clogging the forum. I don't think the admins you really want to get the answers from are going to post here - traffic is typically quite a closely guarded secret.

I'm fairly sure I've PMed you before about this stuff! Just take a note, I know you're clearly interested in faucets but pick the place to discuss them better!
