I would like to sell steam wallet funds for 75% of the cost of it. If you paid 75$, you would get 100$ in your steam wallet.
My limit is up to 100$, however we can negotiate on larger deals.
Payment with btc only, and on payment you will list item for the agreed amount, and we will purchase it, thus giving you your funds.
