Sorry but I don't know/understand chinese.

I would like to introduce Bitcoin to some chinese restourants, but I don't know where to start, to give them the right hint.
I'm sure that it can be very useful to them to find an easy way to send money in China.

You can ask the restaurants whether they accept Bitcoin directly.
If you have a Chinese Bank account and permit it be used on internet.  With Alipay or other APPs , transfer money is easy, instant, and no fee  in China.
