No bitcoin miner works all of a sudden

I ran cgminer. It was working fine for the longest time and then my screen freezes, the screen goes blank and the fans get blown to 100% fan speed.  Now I reset everything to default and tried guiminer. You'd think it was an overclocking problem but it aint, I reset to default. Boot up guiminer. Same thing.

4X vISIONtek 7970's
I have the latest radeon driver
crossfire is disabled
I reformated my computer and same result
Have the latest sdk 2.7 installed
Windows 7 ultimate x64


Any more information you need let me know. This is crazy depressing

Try every card eventually and start adding cards to see if it's a board problem.
