rates are BTC > + 15% Paypal

rules:

Paypal money must be sent from ''paypal balance''
paypal must be verified and yours
funds will be sent as '' service or goods '' and i want you to pay the fees also

Not selling more than 20$ for a member at our first trade

No one is giving you, a newbie, their ID.  Additionally, your rates are much too high.  Keep in mind that a couple of sellers on here, including myself, sell BTC for much cheaper of a premium
