Hello all,

I submitted a withdrawal request via USPS yesterday 11/18 for a little over $400.  I am a little nervous because of some recent posts regarding non-responsive customer support at Camp bx lately.  It was also a little weird that yesterday, I entered the request, and then later in the day came back found that there was no record on the website that I had made the request for withdrawal.  Today, I see that the withdrawal is still there, called a "Pending Request," so that's good. 

So, I will let everyone know if I receive the funds.  It says they do USPS twice a week so if I don't hear or see any change in a week I'm going to be contacting customer support.

I have only deposited once(via USPS MO) and it went relatively smoothly. But I can see how people can have problems as the website has some holes.  Be careful, they have been showing some weird activity the past few days with no explanation. I am still waiting on a USPS check withdrawal submitted 11/19.  I put in a help desk ticket 11/22 and have not heard anything.  It appears the priority was changed to "high" on my ticket (I don't think I had set it as high.

Got a reply to my helpdesk ticket today that there have been some "logistical" issues which created a "backlog" and it will take a "short while longer than normal" for my withdrawal.  At least I got a response, but if I don't hear in another few days I'm submitting another ticket.

Honestly they look more and more like they are just trying to stave off an implosion.  Complaints are stacking up but I never hear anyone say they got resolution (recently anyway).  They take a looooong time to respond and when they do they say some version of "please wait" and then nothing happens.  I am waiting.  Others are waiting.  No issues are actually being handled though from what I can see.  They even closed my ticket after telling me to wait a couple more weeks.  What happens in a couple weeks when nothing happens?  I open another ticket and wait more than a week for a response like I did the first time?  And they just come back and tell me to wait some more?  Like I said, looks suspiciously like an implosion is imminent.

Still waiting on my withdrawal via USPS money order.  I did get a response to a ticket and then I saw attached to my withdrawal they put a note that there is a 2 week backlog on USPS withdrawals.  It has now been a little over 2 weeks and I haven't gotten the funds.  When can we start putting scam accusations?
