Obviously an exchange of some sort, or you can simply hold onto the bitcoins.

Easyminer is a program for tuning your FPGA,at the moment,maybe ASIC's too later,& to mine with(direct your hashing power to a pool).It has nothing to do with "exchangeing" your BTC to Dollars or Euro's  

You need an exchange like as you mentioned MtGox.
